QUIXOTIC STUDIOS SEEKS PARTNERS FOR UPCOMING SEASON OF QTV
Seeking those interested in a career in entertainment, journalism
2-6-09--Raleigh, NC--Local style website owners Stephen Lin and Rachel Kincaid announced last week their expansion into television media and are seeking a limited number of producers to complete their team for the 2009 on-air launch. The show, named Quixotic Television, will have a magazine format and will include comedic commentary and satire, coverage of local music and fashion in the form of short videos, interviews and reviews, political commentary, sports analysis and more. It will begin filming this spring and will air for 13 episodes this summer on RTN (Raleigh Television Network).

Stephen Lin and Rachel Kincaid, partners of QuixoticStyle.com, are accepting a limited number of producers for this project. Producers will be responsible for an element of production which may include certification in such skills as camera work, lights + sound, directing, casting and more. Producers will be granted air time in the area of their choice should they wish to be in front of the camera for one or more episodes.
Quixotic's vision is to bring intelligent, influential entertainment to the growing 21-35 year old audience in the Triangle. By partnering with area businesses, Quixotic aims to have each episode fully underwritten, thus operating above budget for the entire season.
Producers who are accepted will be asked to become members of RTN for the purposes of reserving and operating necessary equipment to produce episodes. Also, producers will be required to become certified in at least one area of expertise. Training + membership will cost partners between $125 and $170.
Should you wish to learn more about a producer's relationship with Quixotic Television and RTN in general, please contact Rachel Kincaid directly at Rachel@QuixoticStyle.com
